Tourism’s Iftar Campaign

In a unique humanitarian gesture, PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management organized the “Iftar Saem” (breakfast) campaign during the holy month of Ramadan. The campaign involved packaging and distributing bags containing complete iftar meals to faculty staff and students, aiming to promote a spirit of social solidarity among university members and provide support during this sacred month.

The iftar bags included a variety of basic food items, such as dates and juices, along with diverse meals prepared carefully according to health standards. This initiative is part of a series of activities organized by the faculty to strengthen human and community ties and foster a learning environment filled with support and solidarity.

Dr. Amal Abu El-Dahab, lecturer at the Faculty, and Dr. Ahmed Magdy, lecturer, Management Department, participated in the campaign alongside a group of faculty members and students. Participants expressed their immense joy at being part of this noble event, emphasizing that such initiatives promote the values of humanity and solidarity within the academic community.
