Issuing IDs for University students
In case of replacement for a lost/stolen ID:
- The student should visit the security department to report the loss or theft and apply for a replacement of the ID card.
- The student should submit the application to the registration office (the Humanities and Social Studies building) to obtain the ID payment order with its cost.
- Payment is made at CIB or at the Student Accounts front desk- the building of the faculty of Engineering.
- After payment, students should head to the Public Relations Division at the Student Affairs Department- the Administration Building to submit the ID replacement application and their deposit slip and the bank-stamped payment slip.
- Students receive the replacement ID on Saturday and Tuesday of every week after confirming the payment from the Public Relations Office at the Student Affairs Department- the Administration Building.
Issuing reports of academic standing and degree certificates
- Students should head to the registration office (the Humanities and Social Studies building) to obtain the payment order of the issuance.
- The undergraduate student or the graduate shall pay for the required document at CIB or at the Student Accounts front desk- the building of the faculty of Engineering. Then, they should return to the registration office to submit the deposit slip.
- Students should visit the registration office (the Humanities and Social Studies building) on the dates to be announced by the office to receive the required document after being issued.
Postponement of Military Enlistment

- The 18-year-old student should head to the police station to obtain the military service application ( Namouzag 6 Gond).
- The student should then submit the military service application )Namouzag 6 Gond) to the Military Education Office (the administration building).
The Military Education
- The student should visit the registration office (the Humanities and Social Studies building) to get a payment order to pay for the military education course.
Before 2017:
- Payment is made at CIB or at the Student Accounts front desk- the building of the faculty of Engineering.
- Each student should then head to the Military Education Office (the administration building) to submit the deposit slip and the bank-stamped payment slip and be informed of the date of the military education course.
The Medical Excuses
- Students should head to the clinic (the Humanities and Social Studies building( to fill a medical excuse form and have medical examination.
- After the medical examination, the doctor will give his opinion and send the filled form.
- The guardian shall notify the university in case the student enters a hospital in order to enable the university to contact the hospital to inquire about the student’s health status after receiving the hospital report.
- The student/the guardian is going to be informed later, by the secretary of the faculty Dean, with the student’s situation in regard with the (non) acceptance of the medical excuse.
- The student and his/her guardian shall visit the office of the faculty dean to draw up a petition for dropping out to be signed first by the committee in concern before going through the dropping out procedures.
- The student and his/her guardian should hand in the petition to the Public Relations Representative at the Student Affairs Department- the Administration Building and receive a form and a disclaimer to complete all the petition procedures.
- The student and his/her guardian should submit the disclaimer to the Public Relations Representative at the Student Affairs Department- the Administration Building to complete the signatures, then the student is able to receive the file after three working days from submitting the dropping out / withdrawal petition to the Public Relations Division at the Students Affairs Department.
- For the old students, the refund application is issued by the Public Relations Representative at the Student Affairs Department- the Administration Building at the request of the student and his/her guardian. The application is issued, attached to the bank-stamped payment slip and the deposit slip. Timing for applying to refund fees is set in accordance with the academic calendar.
