Pillars of RIPA work

The work code of RIPA is QMM (Qualifying, Motivation and Monitoring). One of the major mission of RIPA is establishment of the infrastructure of interdisciplinary research clusters in PUA paving the way for the establishment of PUA Interdisciplinary Research Network (IRN). The three phases of IRN establishment are Training & Discussion Panels (UIP),  Consultations for monitoring; and Interdisciplinary Research Agreements (IRA)

This work code is expanded into 9 pillars of research work:

 

1- Professional training program (UIP)  

2- Consultations for International Publishing & Research

3- Establishing interdisciplinary publishing agreements

4- Key performance indicators of researchers & university (KPI)

5- Monitoring and detection of violations of ethical issues in university versatile collaborations in research

6- Motivation of human resources on internal University  top-cited researchers 

7- Monitoring updated procedure of financial reward systems based on international databases

8- Establishment of Research awareness activities

9- Integration of RIPA with other sector partitions (postgraduate; international relations; ranking committee; innovation centre and project unit)
