As part of the final preparations for the “Media Egypt” competition, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, PUA’s Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, chaired a final coordination meeting to review the latest developments concerning the submitted works, with particular focus on student-produced videos.

The meeting featured a comprehensive review of the key terms and conditions that must be followed in crafting video scripts, ensuring the quality of submissions and their alignment with the competition’s overarching objectives. It also addressed the development of an electronic registration form to streamline submission and tracking processes for participants, in addition to selecting the appropriate digital platform for uploading entries.

Dr. Ethman emphasized the importance of adhering to both technical and creative standards in all submissions, underscoring the urgency of completing and submitting any outstanding works. He stressed that meeting these standards is essential for securing impactful and competitive participation.
