As part of its commitment to supporting mental health and fostering self-awareness among students, PUA’s Faculty of Languages and Translation hosted a seminar titled “Psychological Awareness and Self-Confidence.” The event aimed to develop students’ personal skills while enhancing the quality of their academic and professional lives.

The seminar featured Dr. Yomna Mamdouh, a certified relationship coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a certified trainer in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), who provided attendees with a comprehensive perspective on the significance of psychological awareness in achieving personal balance. She also highlighted the role of self-confidence in shaping resilient individuals capable of overcoming challenges.

Key topics discussed included strategies for enhancing self-confidence, methods for managing anxiety and stress, and the practical applications of cognitive behavioral therapy in improving overall well-being. The session saw active student participation, with attendees engaging in discussions and posing insightful questions on integrating these concepts into daily life.
