PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management held a workshop titled “Professionally Preparing Appetizers” under the supervision of the Student Activities Department. Dr. Abdullah Mohamed from the Hotel Management Department led the session, providing a detailed explanation of the ingredients used in baked goods, their functions, and their impact on product quality, as well as tips on presenting them attractively. The workshop attracted a large audience, including students, faculty members, and teaching assistants, fostering an engaging atmosphere that combined interaction and practical learning.
