I am currently a Lecturer at Pharmacology & Therapeutics Department,Faculty of Pharmacy & Drug Manufacturing, Pharos University in Alexandria since2008. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology from Faculty of Pharmacy, CairoUniversity in 2015. The Master degree of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeuticswas obtained from Medical Research Institute, Alexandria University in 2012. MyBachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences was from Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain ShamsUniversity in 2007.I worked as a community pharmacist since her graduation as I am keen on patientcounseling and advising. My research motivation is to explore the underlying molecular mechanisms thatpotentiate the therapeutic beneficial effects of any antidiabetic agent and to discover anynew compounds that can be used as adjuvants to treat diabetes mellitus.

I hope to accomplish many things in life and on top of them is having the career path I am planning to. I’ve seen that even as a young lecturer, yet I had so much potential to impact my students. I would like to grow into someone who is remembered. I hope I can inspire my students and other students worldwide. I would like to leave a legacy of determination, hard work, and persistence.
Every single time I felt down, I learnt to re-build myself with more resilience. Without my family, I wouldn’t have been here. I am forever indebted to their support, and I am so grateful that I have their eternal love. The most important things to me are making my family proud to know that all of their sacrifices were worth it, having a successful academic career, and becoming a role model for my students. I keep these goals at the forefront of my mind every day to help myself be successful
