Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) launched the 52nd edition of the Egyptian University Sports Federation League Championship, the “Martyr Al-Rifaei League,” welcoming teams from universities across Egypt. PUA is hosting three team sports—male volleyball, female volleyball, and female basketball—during the period from Sunday, February 16, 2025, to Thursday, February 27, 2025. This hosting is part of the third-level competitions for volleyball students, with teams from Alamein International University, Sadat University, and Tanta University competing alongside Pharos University’s team.
The delegations were received by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, PUA’s Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, along with representatives from student activities and event organization departments. The university ensured the provision of all necessary facilities and logistical services, including medical equipment and first aid, to guarantee the championship’s success and deliver an outstanding experience for all participants.
