Impact of Interior Design on Human Behavior within Internal Spaces

Dr. Marwa Mahfouz, Assistant Professor of Interior Designing at Alexandria University, delivered a distinguished lecture at the Architectural Engineering Department at PUA’s Faculty of Engineering. This lecture which titled “the Impact of Interior Design on Human Behavior within Internal Spaces”, comes within the Interior Design course taught by Dr. Taghreed Ahmed, and Dr. Maya Farid, Lecturers at the Architectural Engineering and Décor Departments, respectively.

Dr. Marwa Mahfouz, a prominent interior designer in Alexandria, is recognized for her extensive academic and professional experience in space planning, design, and furniture coordination. Known for her innovative style and artistic touch, she excels in transforming neutral spaces into dynamic and functional environments tailored to various age groups, earning her a prestigious reputation in the field.

As part of the cooperation protocol between the Department and PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design, the lecture was attended by faculty members and teaching assistants from the Faculty of Arts and Design, along with a group of students. This collaboration fostered the exchange of expertise across disciplines, enriching the educational process and strengthening ties between the two faculties.
