PUA’s Faculty of Dentistry held a workshop on first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), targeting nurses and clinic supervisors as part of the faculty’s annual training plan. The workshop was led by Professor Maha Naga, Lecturer of Public Health at the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology, and included practical training on essential first aid skills and proper CPR techniques.
These initiatives aim to enhance the medical team’s readiness to handle emergency situations effectively and ensure patient safety. First aid and CPR skills are critical for medical personnel, as they play a vital role in saving lives and minimizing complications in critical cases.
