Dr. Jailan abdelaziz is an Assistant Professor specializing in the field of marketing. Dr. Jailan earned her bachelor’s degree from the faculty of commerce -Alexandria university. Driven by her desire to contribute to the field, she completed her master’s degree in marketing, focusing on social media marketing and its impact on consumer engagement and brand exposure.
Intrigued by the intersection of psychology and marketing, she pursued a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior, deepening her understanding of the factors that influence consumer decision-making towards luxurious brands.
In addition to the academic and teaching experience, Dr. Jailan has extensive experience in several administrative areas that is integral to maintaining a high standard of education. As a head and member of several educational quality committees, she was able to provide valuable insights to enhance the overall quality of education in the curriculum design, assessment methods, academic advisory, examination steering and other aspects related to improving the quality of the educational process.

Dr Khamis is an Assistant Professor at Pharos University, Alexandria since 2022. She got her PhD of Management from USM (Ranked 142 globally QS) in 2019, her Masters in 2006 and her Bachelor in 2004. Prior to joining Pharos University, she served as a Lecturer at the College of Business and Economics at QU, KSA (AACSB & NCAAA Accredited). Dr Khamis participated in various academic projects such as AACSB accreditation, curriculum development, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship. She has published in highly reputed journals indexed in ISI & SCOPUS. Her research interests focus on CSR, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and SMEs.

Prof. Dr. Tarek Taha is the dean of the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences at Pharos University in Alexandria. Prof. Tarek is a senior authorized reviewer at the National Authority for Quality Assurance Accreditation of Higher Education, Egypt, a certified trainer at the Faculty and Leadership Developing Center, Alexandria University, and an advisory board member of the International Academy of Management and Business, USA since 2010 till present. The author of over 23 textbooks in Arabic and English utilized by renowned international universities for their undergraduate and graduate programs
Prof. Tarek’s achievement of being named the rank-one winner of the best-applied manuscript by the International Academy of Management and Business, USA, 2017. He also worked as a visiting professor at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland, a member of the Egyptian Graduate Management Association, and recipient of its award for scientific excellence, in addition to being a member of the North American Educational Council Association, USA, and a lecturer for MBA students at TU Dublin.

Professor Dr. Wael Moustafa is an esteemed academic and finance professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of investment and finance. Currently serving as the Associate Professor of Finance and Investment at the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences, in addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Moustafa holds several key leadership positions at Pharos University in Alexandria. He serves as the Vice Dean of Education and Students Affairs, overseeing academic programs and student services. Furthermore, he plays essential roles as the Head of International Affairs Committee and the Head of International Conferences Committee, promoting global outreach and collaboration. Serving as the International Coordinator for TU Dublin (Technological University Dublin, Ireland) and Pharos University to confer a Dual Degree in Business Administration. He further enriches his academic contributions as a Visiting Lecturer at esteemed international universities such as Technological University Dublin in Ireland, JAMK University in Finland, University of Naples Federico II in Italy, and University of Liverpool in the UK.
