Enhancing International Academic Cooperation

Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) is committed to enhancing international academic cooperation and transferring the latest scientific knowledge. In this context, and through coordination between PUA’s International Relations Department and the Agency of Francophone Universities (AUF), Dr. Mahmoud Soliman, Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa, delivered an introductory seminar during the scientific day of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department.

The seminar covered the diverse activities of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with the latest scientific research in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Soliman also highlighted future developments, challenges, and potential opportunities for cooperation between the two universities, particularly involving faculty members, teaching assistants, and students. The seminar was attended by the deans, department heads, faculty members, and teaching assistants. The event fostered a vibrant atmosphere of scientific discussions, enriching the academic dialogue and encouraging fruitful interaction.
