We’re hiring Administrative
-Manage the application process for all teacher training courses, including handling inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
-Coordinate course logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, stationary and material photocopying.
-Liaise with higher management regarding registration, certification, and other administrative matters.
-Provide administrative support to trainers, including preparing course folders, managing attendance records, and organizing course-related events.
-Communicate effectively with the course participants, providing information and support throughout their course.
-Maintain accurate records of course participants documentation and attendance.
Other administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:
-Good command of English (B1/B2)
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
-Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work off working hours in case of online training courses
-Experience in administration or customer service is preferred.
-Experience with educational administration or teacher training is a plus.
