As part of its commitment to developing students’ skills and nurturing creativity, PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management held a special competition titled “Best Pizza”. The event attracted numerous students from various academic levels, who showcased exceptional skills in preparing and crafting pizzas of diverse types, blending traditional flavors with innovative modern twists.
The competition was judged by a panel of culinary arts professors and food industry experts, who praised the students’ creativity and excellence in their culinary presentations. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Nassar, Dean of the Faculty, expressed his pride in the event, stating: “We are proud to organize this competition, which reflects our students’ ability to excel and innovate in the field of cooking. The competition aims to develop students’ skills and motivate them to innovate in the world of hotels and restaurants.”

At the conclusion of the event, the winners were honored in the presence of faculty and administrative staff members. All participating students received certificates of appreciation for their creativity and dedication.
