An Orientation Session on Scouting
As part of PUA’s Faculty of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence’s commitment to promoting student activities and enhancing students’ skills in various fields, the faculty organized an orientation session on Scouting.
The seminar aimed to highlight the impact of Scouting on developing students’ personal and social skills. It included a detailed explanation of the university’s Scouting teams and associations, along with information on how students can join and participate. Additionally, the seminar explored the variety of activities offered by Scouting, such as trips, camps, and competitions, which help students cultivate leadership skills, teamwork, and cooperation.
A key focus of the seminar was the role of Scouting in leadership development, emphasizing values such as discipline, perseverance, initiative, and volunteerism. Participants also highlighted how Scouting strengthens social bonds among students from different disciplines, fostering a more connected and collaborative university environment.
