An Iftar for Arab International Students
In a warm and welcoming Ramadan atmosphere, Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) hosted a special iftar gathering for its Arab international students, bringing together students from various faculties to celebrate the spirit of the holy month.
The university administration, represented by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin, PUA’s President, along with Vice Presidents and faculty deans, actively participated in the event, reinforcing the university’s commitment to fostering a sense of belonging among its students. The gathering created a family-like atmosphere, reflecting the values of solidarity and unity between students and faculty members.
PUA is home to international students from various Arab countries, including Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Libya, Palestine, Jordan, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. These students are enrolled in multiple faculties, such as Dentistry, Pharmacy and Drug Manufacturing, Physical Therapy, Applied Health Sciences Technology, Mass Communication, Legal Studies and International Transactions, Financial and Administrative Sciences, Languages and Translation, and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
