Job: Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Graduate Studies and Research

Pharos University in Alexandria’s Faculty of Engineering seeks to hire a Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research for the academic year 2024/2025. This position is available through appointment or secondment from an Egyptian university, in accordance with the Universities Regulation Law.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must hold a professorship in an engineering specialization.
2. Should have a list of publications in recognized international and local journals within the last five years.
3. Must have proven teaching experience.
4. Should have prior experience in supervising graduate students in master’s or doctoral theses.
5. Experience in participating in funded research projects is preferred.
6. Membership in international or regional scientific journals/conferences is preferred.
7. Previous experience in organizing conferences and seminars is preferred.
