PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management recently hosted a vibrant costume party under the guidance of the Student Activities Department. The event celebrated cultural diversity, with students showcasing traditional attire from various countries, each embodying the essence of the nation they represented. Each participant presented a brief performance introducing their chosen country, highlighting its renowned tourist attractions and popular dishes, and sharing their personal reason for selecting that country.

The performances were assessed by a jury of faculty members, who awarded honors for both costume design and presentation skills. Students Aya Yasser and Dia Amr received the Best Costume Design Award, while the Best Performance Award went to students Ahmed Gamal, Sandra Youssef, and Karim Mohamed. The party’s lively atmosphere was enhanced by the enthusiastic participation of numerous students, making it a memorable event that celebrated creativity and cultural understanding.
