PUA’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology organized a cultural seminar titled “Color Me Healthy.” During the seminar, students from the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety presented engaging and informative content about the various colors found in different foods, explaining the significance of each color, the nutrients associated with them, and their respective health benefits.
The students delivered the information through an interactive and enjoyable format that included questions and answers, making the session both educational and entertaining. The seminar was held under the supervision of faculty members from the department’s nutrition staff.
