A Quran Recitation Competition
As part of its commitment to fostering spiritual and cultural development, PUA’s Student Activities Department organized a Quran Recitation Competition to discover and honor outstanding students who excel in memorization and recitation with melodious voices.
numerous students from various faculties participated, showcasing their proficiency in recitation. The competition was judged by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, along with Dr. Haitham Mustafa, Student Activities Director, and Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Hussein, who assessed participants based on recitation quality, vocal performance, and adherence to Tajweed rules.
At the conclusion of the event, certificates of appreciation and copies of the Holy Quran were awarded to the winners in recognition of their exceptional talent and dedication. This initiative aims to encourage students to master Quranic recitation and enhance their religious and cultural awareness.
