PUA’s Faculty of Dentistry participated in the IDEX Conference, with Prof. Dr. Amr Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, serving as the Honorary Chairman of the event. One of the scientific sessions was dedicated to faculty members, featuring Prof. Dr. Hanan Ismail, Head of the Orthodontics Department at the faculty, who delivered an engaging lecture on orthodontics. Additionally, Dr. Mohamed Attia and Dr. Mohamed Shawky delivered a lecture on root canal treatment, while Dr. Sherif Abdel Hamid and Dr. Mohamed Zaki shared insights on dental implants.

The conference also showcased several student graduation projects [(Complete Care Cases (CCC)], which highlighted the exceptional scientific and clinical expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive, high-quality treatment plans for patients. These projects demonstrated a tangible and documented impact on patients’ lives. Furthermore, the presentations underscored the students’ commitment to scientific research methodology and its vital role in advancing the field of dentistry.
