PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design congratulates the participants from the Departments of Interior Design and Painting for their exceptional contributions to the exhibition “Architectural Features and the Beauty of Nature in Eurasia and Africa” held at the Russian House in Alexandria.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Arseny Matyushchenko, Deputy Consul of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Alexandria and Director of the Russian House; Mr. Yang Yi, Consul General of China; and Dr. Maliha Shuaib, Professor of Fine Arts and Art Education at the Russian House.

The event featured remarkable work, including a chair design inspired by a Chinese symbol, presented by Farah Alaa, a student from the Interior Design Department, under the supervision of Dr. Aya Fathi, Lecturer and instructor of the Furniture Design course, and an expressive artwork celebrating the aesthetic beauty of cities in Eurasia and Africa, created by Dr. Jailen Hussein, Lecturer in the Painting Department.

This achievement highlights the creativity and dedication of the Faculty’s students and staff, showcasing their commitment to enriching the artistic and cultural scene with innovative contributions.
