PUA’s Faculty of Languages and Translation held an educational seminar titled “Types of Tourist Guidance and the Importance of Languages in This Field,” under the supervision of the Student Activities Department. The seminar was presented by Ms. Rana Ehab, Executive Director of Kemet Tourist Guidance Company, who provided an in-depth discussion on the different types of tourism in Egypt and the job opportunities available in each sector.

During the event, students gained valuable insights into the qualifications required to pursue a career in tourism, as well as the application process for various roles within this vital field. The seminar was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Osama Madani, Dean of the Faculty. The event attracted numerous students from the faculty, who actively engaged with the topics tackled, reflecting the event’s success in fostering an interest in tourism and language-related career opportunities.
