PUA Participates at the 3rd ICIL-Africa 2024

As part of its commitment to strengthening international African relations and aligning with the state’s focus on enhancing cooperation with the African continent, PUA participated in the 3rd International Conference on Information Literacy (ICIL-Africa 2024) held at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

PUA delegation included a group of distinguished African students studying at PUA, representing countries such as Nigeria, Sudan, and South Africa. The conference brought together major African universities, including the North-West University in South Africa, the University of Pretoria, Durban University of Technology, and the Association of African Universities.

The event aimed to exchange knowledge about recent developments in Africa and address current challenges, focusing on fostering new avenues for international academic collaboration, enhancing students’ skills, and advancing scientific research with sustainable impact.

This participation enabled Pharos University to further its role in African and international academic cooperation, providing its students with valuable academic and research experiences that contribute to their personal and professional development.
