Qualification Week of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology
As part of implementing the field training plan for the academic year 2022-2023, the qualification week activities for students of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology were initiated. This was under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ramadan Abu El-Ela, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Rajaa Abdel Qader, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology. Along with the follow-up from Dr. Hadeel Saeed Abdel Salam, Head of Faculty’s Field Training Unit, as well as a number of faculty members and teaching assistants.
In addition, lectures were co-delivered by external training bodies, including Dr. Rana Khafaja, representative of the Medical Research Institute, Dr. Iman Ibrahim, representative of the University Educational Hospital. As well as Capt. Walid Ali Mutawa, representative of the General Military Hospital in Alexandria, Col. Mohamed Nabil Rushdi, representative of the General Military Hospital in Alexandria, and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Rizk, representative of the University Educational Hospital.
It is also worth noting that the Faculty’s field training center pays attentions to holding direct meetings between students and specialists from external parties during the qualification week, and before the start of the training. This is to familiarize students with all the regulations, obligations, and necessary information related to the field training body. In addition to developing the skills gained during study and acquiring new skills through field training.
