PUA Signs an Agreement with BIT

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance international cooperation, PUA’s Faculty of Engineering hosted a delegation from the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). The delegation was warmly welcomed by key figures including the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Vice Dean, and the Advisor to the Dean for Postgraduate Studies, alongside the Director of PUA’s International Relations Department, department heads, and several professors from diverse specialties within the Faculty.

The meeting marked a significant milestone with the signing of an agreement between PUA and BIT, aimed at fostering collaboration through scholarship opportunities for master’s and PhD studies, as well as facilitating student exchange programs. Additionally, the Chinese delegation had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the faculty’s capabilities and ongoing activities, including visits to workshops, laboratories, and various departmental projects.

The visit culminated in an informative seminar hosted by the Chinese delegation, providing insights into BIT’s institutional profile, capabilities, and potential avenues for further expanding bilateral cooperation between the two institutions.
