PUA Visit Al-Hana Nursing Home

Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA), committed to integrating students with the community and fostering a spirit of service, organized a visit to Al-Hana Nursing Home. Students from the Faculties of Financial and Administrative Sciences, Legal Studies and International Relations, and Applied Health Sciences Technology took part in this initiative aimed at promoting social solidarity and strengthening intergenerational ties, benefiting both the elderly and the broader community.

The visit began with a warm welcome from the elderly residents, who expressed joy at the students’ presence, appreciating the fresh energy and positivity they brought. The students presented gifts, including food supplies and essential items, which brought happiness and a sense of appreciation to the residents.

Throughout the visit, students engaged in heartfelt conversations with the elderly women, who shared stories and life lessons, offering a glimpse into their experiences and wisdom. The event included various activities that everyone enjoyed, creating a joyful and interactive environment.
