Yoga Sessions

As part of PUA’s interest in promoting student sports activities, the Student Activities Department organized yoga sessions. These free sessions are scheduled to continue throughout the semester on a weekly basis every Tuesday from 1:00 PM in Room B204 on the second floor of the Health Sciences Technology Building. This initiative aims to encourage female students to practice sports, to relieve stress and study pressures. The course witnessed wide participation from female students who showed great interest in developing new methods to achieve psychological and physical balance.
